1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: The item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. All tags, labels, and protective seals must remain intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as those marked as final sale or custom-engraved watches, cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@novapcforge.com or call us at (507) 754-5046. Please provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation. Please include the RMA number with your return package to help us process your return quickly.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is returned in a condition other than as described above (damaged, used, or missing parts), we may deny the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
